After School Care Fees (2024-2025 Rates)

- 5 days/week= $250/mo
- End of school to 5:15 each day
- Fee Includes all minimum days

Grades 1st - 6th
- 5 days/week= $200/mo.
- End of school to 5:30 each day
- Fee Includes all minimum days

The fee is based on 180 school days and paid monthly from September to May.
There is no discount for partial program or partial day attendance.
Financial Aid & Discounts
Available Financial Aid (selected through the registration process with our registration system called ELEYO. Financial Aid is only available for families that meet qualification standard, not all families will qualify.
ELOP Support - No Fee Child Care
- Foster youth, Homeless, ELOP Support Tier Income Eligible (income table below)
General Support
- $50 Discount for 2nd, 3rd siblings grade 1-6. No sibling discounts for TK/Kindergarten
- 50% Discount for Peabody Employees
Billing (2024-25)
- All recurring fees are paid monthly, via automatic payment through our child care management system, ELEYO.
- Invoices are emailed on the last Friday of the month and then automatically processed on the 3rd of each month.
- Payments are billed in full each month September through May, regardless of holidays, or breaks.
- There is an annual family registration fee of $25/family, via automatic payment from our child care management system (ELEYO) once registrations are accepted. Families receiving the ELOP financial aid will not be charged an annual fee.
- Fees are based on 180 school days and paid in equal monthly payments September-May. There are no discounts for unused days or holidays, and no additional fees for minimum days.
Accounts in arrears are subject to enrollment suspension pending payment.

To qualify for the Fee Waiver you must complete the Income Verification Form, during the annual school enrollment process.
Pick Up Late Fees
Late fees are automatically incurred at pick-up time at the rate of $1/minute and your credit card charged immediately.

Ending Enrollments
Child Care enrollments run through the end of each month. If a parent chooses to end an enrollment, it will be effective on the last day
of the month in which the notification was given.
- Parent notifications must be a minimum of 5 days prior to the end of the month in which you are ending enrollment.

- No refunds will be given for partial months.
