Peabody Panthers Registration Waitlist

Peabody Panther After School Registration Timeline (2024-2025)

March 1-April 15:   Currently enrolled Panther families register for the following year.  

April 15– May 20:   All Peabody Families wanting to be on the waitlist will be sent an email from ParentSquare with the ELEYO link to register.

*Completing this registration does not guarantee a spot in the program as many grade level requests for child care exceeds capacity.

 

Once ParentSquare email is received: click ELEYO link and follow the directions and follow the directions and complete the process below. 

1.    Create a Family Account (student, authorized pick-up, medical and payment information).

2.    Register child(ren) for After School Care (select care options and financial aid request).

*credit card is required for registration, but will not be charged if you qualify for ELOP Financial Aid

*Visit “Fee/Financial” page for rates, discounts, and financial aid.

June 7th-on going: Waitlist Registrations will be added when space becomes available and you will be contacted once enrolled.

August 21:   First Day of Panther After School Expanded Learning Program.

Enrollment Information 

 

Space is limited and evaluated yearly based on safety, space and staffing. 

  • Families currently in the After School Learning Program (ELOP) will not need to re-enroll, but will be required to register and update their information yearly in order to remain in the Program.

  • Families who sign up for the After School Waitlist will be contacted by email once a space becomes available.

  • Waitlists are not carried over from year to year. Families that are not accepted from the Waitlist during the year will need to re-register the following year. 

 

Priority Enrollment Waitlist by Grade Level

  1. ELOP eligibility criteria - students who are eligible for a fee waiver: student qualifies for free or reduced meals, is a homeless youth, or in foster care.

  2. Children of Peabody Charter School School Employees

  3. Siblings (TK-6) 

  4. All other students 

Lottery Waitlist Process

 

Peabody understands the need for After School Services. There are several limiting factors that impact our ability to offer care to all families that need childcare. 

In the event the After School Program is not able to accommodate all families requesting the Program, the child(ren) will be placed on a Waitlist until one of the following occurs: 

 

  • Student placement is based on another student dropping from the Program. A student will be added only when another student ends enrollment, thus creating space.   OR

  • In the event of a planned expansion of the Program with additional staff hired and processed.

 

ELEYO - Software Management System

ELEYO is our online software that will enable you to register for the After School Care Waitlist.  This program will allow you to manage your child care account from any device, and allow you update your child(ren) pick up list, check account balances, print receipts and child care tax statements.
